Class 2 Driver

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Vanta Staffing are currently recruiting for Class 2 Day Drivers to join our client’s busy transport operation.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are looking for reliable and professional Class 2 (Cat C) Drivers who are available for ongoing day work.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is an excellent opportunity for experienced drivers looking for regular work with competitive pay.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Driving a Class 2 vehicle on local and regional delivery routes</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Completing multi-drop deliveries where required</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carrying out vehicle checks before and after shifts</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensuring goods are delivered safely and on time</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Completing delivery paperwork and relevant documentation</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Providing professional customer service at delivery locations</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Adhering to all company, road safety and transport regulations</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Some manual handling may be required</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Pay & Hours</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">£16.00–£17.00 per hour</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Day shifts</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ongoing work available</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Regular hours</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monday to Friday, with additional shifts potentially available</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Requirements</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Full UK Class 2 (Cat C) licence</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous Class 2 driving experience preferred</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good knowledge of UK roads</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Reliable and professional approach to work</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good communication and customer service skills</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">No more than the permitted licence points, subject to insurance</p>
