Job Description & Overview
Movis AG recherche un/une Conseiller/-ère pour la région de Lausanne et Sion, à partir de janvier 2027. Vous conseillerez les employé(e)s, les cadres et les RH sur les questions d'entreprise, de santé et de réinsertion, en face-à-face, par téléphone ou en ligne.
Le poste implique des mandats de case management, de médiation et de coaching, avec gestion de cas, reporting et suivi de projets clients, dans un cadre stimulant et axé sur le bien-être et la performance des collaborateurs.
