Class 2 HGV Driver

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Hours: Mon - Fri 07:30 - 17:00 and alternate Saturdays 8:00 - 12:00</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Key Responsibilities</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Operate Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) and lorry-mounted crane (HIAB) in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle and equipment are in safe working condition.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Deliver building materials to various customer sites as per the delivery schedule.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensure all deliveries are made accurately and within the allocated timeframes.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Safely load and unload materials using the HIAB crane.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Secure loads correctly to prevent damage and ensure safety during transit.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Represent the company professionally at all times.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain accurate delivery records, including delivery notes and vehicle logbooks.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Comply with all traffic laws and regulations, including hours of service and health and safety guidelines.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Report any vehicle or equipment defects immediately to the transport manager.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Assist with routine maintenance and cleaning of the vehicle. HGV Driver Experience:</p>
