Production Operative - Heavy Engineering

Engineering @ 365 is recruiting on behalf of our heavy manufacturing client. We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals who are looking to develop their skillset in a specialist manufacturing environment

Initially,

you will be trained on a day shift. Following 2 to 3 months of training it will then be ongoing nightshift.

Job Description:

Our client is recruiting a night shift due to increased demand. This is within a very heavy manufacturing/engineering environment.

We will be hosting group interviews where

you will be showed the entire manufacturing process from start to finish and able to learn any aspect of the process.

Requirements

• Previous engineering or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow instructions
• Good attention to detail
• Strong team working skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
