Cleaner

Great opportunity to work as a Cleaner for our client, a leading provider of integrated supply chain solutions for temperature-controlled food and drink products.

Staffline is recruiting Cleaners in Skelmersdale.

The rate of pay is £12.71 per hour.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, Monday - Friday, and the hours of work are:

• 8am to 4pm

Your Time at Work

As a Cleaner

you will be responsible for:

• Cleaning warehouse floors, work areas and communal spaces.
• Sweeping, mopping and maintaining general cleanliness.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly.
• Following health and safety and COSHH procedures.
• Using cleaning equipment and products safely.
• Ensuring the warehouse is kept to a high standard of cleanliness.
• Reporting any maintenance issues, hazards or cleaning requirements to management.
• Working independently and as part of a team.

What we're looking for:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to carry out manual handling tasks, such as moving cleaning equipment and waste, where required.
• Experience in a similar role is required.
