Client Success Manager

In this role you will lead delivery of a TUPE Process App for Facilities Management, ensuring projects are on time, within scope and budget. You will work with cross-functional teams and external clients to align requirements with business goals. You’ll manage stakeholder expectations, design effective communication and rollout strategies, and produce user-focused materials and training. • Deliver customer-facing projects on time, within scope, and budget while maintaining high-quality standards
• Build and maintain relationships with external clients and internal stakeholders; lead stakeholder meetings to gather and prioritise requirements
• Coordinate with app developers, designers, and technical teams to ensure timely deliverables; drive cross-functional collaboration for rollout
• Develop and execute communication plans for leadership, end-users, and suppliers; provide regular progress updates
• Gather requirements and perform business analysis to define TUPE-specific functionalities and data handling needs
• Draft, negotiate and finalize Statements of Work; ensure alignment with organisational goals and track deliverables
• Manage tight deadlines, identify delays, and keep milestones on track

• 5+ years of project management experience, focused on software or app delivery projects
• Bachelor in Business Management (or related field)
• Familiarity with TUPE processes and FM challenges
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum development methodologies
• Proficiency with Trello, Monday.com, and Teams
• Strong data analysis for app reporting and tracking
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile)
