Commercial Training & Competency Program Manager (D/F/M)

pIn this role you will design, deploy, and govern a global, scalable commercial capability framework across regions. You’ll collaborate with regional leaders and BUs to align training priorities and drive capability development. You’ll establish governance, measure impact, and ensure content is relevant and actionable. This position combines strategic design with hands-on execution to elevate commercial performance in a remote Italy-based setup.
