Job Description & Overview
Vos missions
- Comptabilité fournisseurs - Enregistrements des factures - Validation et rapprochement par BL - Préparation des virements
- Comptabilité clients - Enregistrements des règlements - Relances clients (mail, téléphone, courrier)
- Tresorerie - Rapatriement des écritures par Transfert Banque - Rapprochement bancaire
- OD de paie et cadrage - Préparation des déclarations de TVA et enregistrement - Préparation des clôtures annuelles - Préparation des éléments du bilan en lien avec l'expert-comptable
Qualifications
Formation en comptabilité, gestion ou finance (Bac+2 minimum souhaité)
Une première expérience en comptabilité est appréciée
La maîtrise d'un logiciel comptable est un plus
La connaissance d'Excel et des outils bureautiques est souhaitée
