Senior Technology Solutions Consultant (French speaking)

In this role you will translate client requirements into actionable tooling designs and support pre-sales and transition activities within a global Customer Enablement team. You will balance customer needs with standards, shaping tooling solutions that underpin contractual services. You’ll work with cross-functional colleagues to improve tooling and delivery processes, driving clear communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This position offers a meaningful chance to impact customer outcomes and contribute to digital transformation across GIS tooling. Fluent French is essential to engage French-speaking customers and stakeholders.

• Support pre-sales engagements by contributing to bid processes and aligning tooling solutions with customer, business, and tech requirements
• Translate complex requirements into clear solution designs and communicate with diverse audiences
• Promote standards adherence and advise on deviations where necessary
• Provide accurate solution inputs, assumptions, and cost-related information for scope and effort
• Identify opportunities to improve tooling solutions, processes, and ways of working
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, provide updates, and support collaborative decisions
• Contribute to team reporting, document recurring issues, and highlight improvement themes

• Experience in consultancy, technical solution design, technical product delivery, or Service Transition in a multi-stakeholder environment
• Strong communication skills to explain technical information clearly and constructively challenge when needed
