Job Description & Overview
Corus Consultancy is seeking a Workshop Supervisor in Corby to lead a workshop team of 20+ technicians. You will report to the Operations Manager and be responsible for daily task review, KPI achievement, and coordination with internal departments to drive efficiency.
Hours are 14:00 to 22:00, with a pay rate of £15-£16 per hour. The role requires leadership, staff management, and strict adherence to site rules and health and safety standards within a busy workshop environment.
