Job Description & Overview

Pierre Fabre Laboratories is seeking a hands-on leader to build and lead the Business Analysis capability across R&D IT. You will coach a mix of internal and external BAs, drive standards, and ensure high-quality requirements and roadmaps for Data & AI, Scientific Platforms, and Clinical Systems.

The role blends leadership with practical BA work across strategic initiatives, portfolio planning, and governance, with teleworking up to 2 days a week after the trial period.
