Au sein du Pôle Marketing & Communication et rattaché(e) au Responsable Marketing & Communication, vous concevez et pilotez des parcours et dispositifs de communication personnalisés destinés à nos clients et prospects.
À partir des enjeux business et des besoins clients, vous concevez les parcours relationnels, définissez les dispositifs CRM et Marketing Automation associés et pilotez leur performance afin d’améliorer l’engagement, la fidélisation et les objectifs de développement du groupe EDF
