<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are recruiting experienced Counterbalance long forks Forklift Truck Drivers for an ongoing logistics assignment based in Castle Bromwich. This is long‑term agency work, with the potential for a permanent contract in the future — However, this is not guaranteed.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Shifts patterns:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Fixed Days: 06:00-14:00 - £15.47 per hour</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Fixed Afternoons: 14:00 – 22:00 – £16.77 per hour</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Fixed Nights: 22:00-06:00 - £19.28 - per hour.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">All roles are 40 hours per week with optional overtime depending on site</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Operating Counterbalance FLT (long forks) safely and efficiently</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Loading and unloading vehicles and trailers using long forks</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Checking, tagging and processing items</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supporting warehouse operations when not required to be on the forks</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Following all site health & safety procedures. </p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Important:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is not a 100% forklift role. All applicants must be willing to carry out warehouse duties.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Anyone unwilling to work off the forklift should not apply.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Must have Long Forks FLT driving experience.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Valid Counterbalance FLT licence, taken or refreshed within the last 3 years</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Licence must be accredited by one of the following bodies:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">RTITB</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">AITT</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">ABA</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">ITSSAR</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good communication and attention to detail</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Must have no unspent convictions</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Must complete a pre‑employment interview</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Must pass a Drug & Alcohol test</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Reliable, punctual, and able to consistently work the chosen shift</p>
