<p class="text-muted mb-3">Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Counterbalance FLT Driver / Production Operative to join a busy food business in Dunkeswell, near Honiton.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a varied, hands-on night shift role, with forklift driving making up around 15% of the working day. There are generally two FLT drivers on duty, so</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">you will be expected to work wherever needed across the production operation.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Training will be provided on day shifts, 6am-4pm.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">£27.70 per hour overtime.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monday-Thursday, 4pm-2am.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">4-day working week.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday off.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Training on day shifts, 6am-4pm.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Temporary to permanent opportunity.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Drive a Counterbalance FLT when required.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Build pallets and move stock.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Wash IBCs.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Complete paperwork and checks.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Move stock and raw materials in and out of the unit.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support production and the wider team with other duties as required.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and housekeeping.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Valid Counterbalance FLT licence.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Recent FLT experience.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Excellent attention to detail - essential in a food business.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Flexible, reliable and willing to get involved across the operation.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Own transport is essential due to the location.</p>
