<p class="text-muted mb-3">Meridian Business Support are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driver to join a busy warehouse and logistics operation in Carrington, M31.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a long-term temporary position paying £15.00 per hour, working Monday to Friday, 2:00pm–10:00pm.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">That's £562.50 gross per week based on a 37.5-hour working week.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working as part of a busy warehouse and logistics team,</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of stock, pallets and materials around the site.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Your main duties will include:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Loading and unloading vehicles.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Moving pallets, stock and materials around the warehouse and yard.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Loading and storing goods in designated areas.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Preparing goods and materials for dispatch.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Checking deliveries and stock where required.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Moving materials safely around the site.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Following all site health and safety procedures.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Completing relevant warehouse paperwork and documentation.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Keeping the warehouse and working areas clean, tidy and organised.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working as part of a team to meet daily operational targets.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supporting with general warehouse duties when required.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence – essential.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience operating a Counterbalance FLT.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous warehouse, logistics or industrial experience.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A good understanding of workplace health and safety.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good reliability and timekeeping.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The ability to work independently and as part of a team.</p>
