Counterbalance FLT Driver

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A Counterbalance FLT Driver is required for a large manufacturing company based in the Tipton area that focuses on manufacturing cables and renewable energy. It's a very clean, new facility, and a great working environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">As a counterbalance FLT driver,</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">you will be responsible for moving stock around the workplace, as well as loading / unloading stock onto machinery, including cable pulling machines. A lot of your time will be spent doing manual jobs, away from the FLT.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You will be responsible for and your duties will include;</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Counterbalance FLT driver</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Order picking</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Manually handling cables and other stock</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Loading and unloading machinery</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Loading and unloading vehicles for dispatchFor this role you will need an in-date counterbalance FLT licence - if you also have a flexi / bendi licence you can start on a higher rate.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You will be working a permanent day shift;</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working - 8:00am - 4:45pm / 3:30pm finish on Fridays (40 hours per week)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Paying - £13.50 per hourThis Counterbalance FLT Driver role is a temp-to-perm position with a probationary period through the agency. They are looking for permanent members of staff for the long term.</p>
