<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Operating Counterbalance FLTs safely and accurately in a busy production environment</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Moving a variety of products, pallets, and cages across the site</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Loading and unloading vehicles with precision and care</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Checking barcodes, customer orders, and stock items ready for UK‑wide distribution</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Supporting wider production and warehouse teams as required</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Working within a quality‑controlled, clean, and safety‑focused environment</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Completing picking, packing, and materials handling tasks</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Using MRP systems and Windows‑based software to manage stock and order information (ideal but not essential)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Your skills and experience</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· In‑date RTITB licence for Counterbalance</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Proven experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing or warehouse environment</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Strong awareness of health & safety and quality standards</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Confident, accurate FLT driving skills</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· A team‑focused approach with the flexibility to support other operational areas</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Good attention to detail when handling stock, orders, and documentation</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">· Experience with MRP or stock management systems is highly desirable</p>
