Counterbalance Forklift Driver

Counterbalance Forklift Driver

• Coalville, Leicestershire | £13.50 per hour + Weekly Production Bonus | Temp to Perm
• Monday to Thursday, 4:45am – 2:45pm | Friday & Saturday Overtime Available

A four day working week, weekly production bonuses, and regular opportunities to earn overtime at time and a half.

We're recruiting a Counterbalance Forklift Driver for a concrete products manufacturer near Coalville.

Around 75% of your time will be spent driving a Counterbalance FLT, with the remaining time supporting production machinery and other tasks around the plant.

Why is this job worth considering?

• Weekly production bonus – additional earnings based on the team's output and quality.
• Four day working week – Monday to Thursday.
• Friday and Saturday overtime at £20.25 per hour (1.5x), when available.
• Temp to perm opportunity – the chance to secure permanent employment.
• Additional training – learn to operate production machinery.
• Early finishes – finish at 2:45pm Monday to Thursday.

What do you need?

• A valid Counterbalance FLT licence.
• Experience in manufacturing, production or a similar industrial environment.
• Willingness to help with physical production work.
• Your own transport due to the early start time and site location.

This is a heavy industrial concrete manufacturing environment, not a warehouse. You'll need to be comfortable working around large machinery in a noisy, dusty production setting.
