<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are seeking an experienced Credit Control professionals to join a dedicated project team focused on clearing a high-volume ledger of lower-value outstanding debts.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a fast-paced, telephone-based role requiring high levels of customer contact and strong collection skills.</p>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>Chase outstanding invoices and secure payment commitments.</span></li>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>Update customer records accurately following customer interactions.</span></li>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>Identify, log and escalate customer disputes such as pricing queries.</span></li>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>Raise cases within the system and move efficiently onto the next account.</span></li>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>Manage a portfolio of 500+ accounts.</span></li>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>Work collaboratively with the project team to achieve collection targets.</span></li>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Systems Used</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">F&O (Finance & Operations) and CE (Customer Engagement), a Microsoft Dynamics-based customer tracking system. Previous Dynamics experience is not required as full training will be provided.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Candidate Profile</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Must be available immediately and able to work 5 days on site</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous Credit Control, Collections or Accounts Receivable experience.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls throughout the day.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong communication and relationship-building skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Resilient, organised and target-driven.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer objections.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Happy to work fully office-based for the duration of the project.</p>
