Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned accounts, ensuring timely premium collection and accurate cash allocation.
  • Escalate outstanding debt or cash issues promptly to ensure early resolution.
  • Review and reconcile broker statements, raising and resolving queries effectively.
  • Identify root causes of high query volumes and collaborate with stakeholders to reduce future issues.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and user guides.
  • Ensure accurate data capture to support meaningful MI reporting.
  • Analyse processes and data to highlight concerns and propose improvements.

Qualifications

  • Strong numeracy, literacy, and analytical skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to interpret and analyse detailed financial reports.
  • Insurance or credit control experience within the Commercial or London Insurance market (advantageous).
  • Additional language skills are desirable but not essential.

Benefits

  • 30 days annual leave (with option to buy 2 extra days).
  • Flexible working arrangements (part-time, job share, compressed hours available).
  • Fully funded private medical insurance for employee and family.
  • 26 weeks’ paid family leave for all parents.
  • Option to work remotely abroad for up to 20 days per year.
  • Cycle-to-Work scheme (up to £5,000).
  • Commitment to sustainability through net-zero aligned pension investments.
  • Additional wellbeing, lifestyle, and professional development support.
