<p class="text-muted mb-3">Danny Sullivan Group is currently recruiting for an experienced CSCS Driver to join major, long-term construction and infrastructure projects at RAF Brize Norton.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is an excellent opportunity to work on nationally significant Ministry of Defence infrastructure projects, with ongoing work expected throughout 2026 and beyond.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Projects include the £9 billion Ministry of Defence housing strategy, delivering 265 new-build military family homes, alongside major airfield resurfacing and infrastructure upgrades designed to modernise critical facilities at the UK's largest RAF station.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working Pattern</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">7 days on / 2 days off or 12 days on / 2 days off</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Pay Rates - PAYE</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">£14.65 per hour PAYE - Standard Rate</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">£18.31 per hour PAYE - Overtime after 10 hours</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">£19.48 per hour PAYE - Night Rate (7pm-7am)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">£21.98 per hour PAYE - Weekend Rate</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Your Role as a CSCS Driver</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">As an Escort Driver,</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">you will be responsible for safely escorting vehicles, deliveries and site traffic around the project, ensuring movements are carried out safely and in line with site and MOD procedures.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Your responsibilities will include:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Escorting vehicles and deliveries safely around the site</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Assisting with the safe movement of construction traffic</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Guiding vehicles through designated routes and restricted areas</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supporting the safe movement of plant, deliveries and abnormal loads where required</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Communicating with drivers, site teams and traffic management personnel</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monitoring vehicle movements and ensuring site traffic rules are followed</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Assisting with traffic management and vehicle access arrangements</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintaining awareness of pedestrians, plant and other site traffic</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Carrying out vehicle checks where required</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Keeping access routes clear and reporting any hazards</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Following site health & safety procedures at all times</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Reporting hazards, unsafe conditions and near misses immediately</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supporting the wider site team when required</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Following all site, health & safety and MOD procedures</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What We're Looking For</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">To be considered for this role, you should have:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A valid CSCS Card</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A full UK driving licence</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience as an Escort Driver, Traffic Marshal, Banksman or similar site-based role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience working on a construction or civil engineering site</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good understanding of construction site health & safety</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Confident driving and manoeuvring around busy construction environments</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good communication skills</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The ability to work effectively as part of a busy site team</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience working on large construction, infrastructure or MOD projects is advantageous</p>
