MUST HAVE'S

• 3–5+ years’ experience in a customer-facing role
• Excellent communication skills and rapport-building abilities
• Confident on the phone and comfortable with video communication
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to adapt to new systems and processes
• Interest in AI and new technological advancements
• A proactive attitude with resourcefulness

NICE TO HAVE'S

• Experience in e-commerce or retail customer service
• Familiarity with ERP systems or order management software
• Previous exposure to logistics or delivery coordination
• Knowledge of interior or construction materials (training can be provided)

SO, WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Handling customer calls and emails promptly and professionally
• Processing orders accurately within the ERP system and managing payments
• Tracking deliveries and coordinating with warehouse and courier partners
• Resolving queries, complaints, damages and returns efficiently
• Ensuring customers stay informed throughout the order process
• Embracing AI-enabled tools to enhance workflow and customer experience
• Identifying opportunities to improve and streamline processes
• Supporting team members across different functions and departments
• Assisting with small quote modifications and negotiations as needed
