As a key point of contact, you support customers throughout their repair journey and help keep site operations running smoothly day to day.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a varied, hands-on role that combines customer service, coordination and the collection and delivery of customer vehicles, requiring good judgement, organisation and a professional approach.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">As a Customer Consultant, you'll balance customer care with practical, site-based responsibilities.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Responsibilities</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You'll:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle repair</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Handle queries calmly and professionally, providing clear and timely responses</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Collect and deliver customer vehicles safely and courteously when required</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Arrange and coordinate vehicle movements and transport activity</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support site operations, including parts coordination and basic administration</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Work closely with technicians, production teams and site leaders</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Help maintain a welcoming, organised and professional site environment</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a role where reliability, attention to detail and empathy make a real difference to customer confidence.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Qualifications</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We don't require formal qualifications for this role. What matters most is how you work with people, how you manage responsibility, and your willingness to be hands-on.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong customer service experience, ideally in a customer-facing role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A full UK driving licence, with confidence driving customer vehicles</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Clear and professional communication skills, face-to-face and over the phone</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A calm and organised approach, even when managing multiple tasks</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Pride in representing the business when interacting with customers</p>
