Customer Service Executive - Shipping & Logistics

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Our client, a leading Freight Forwarding company based in Felixstowe, is currently seeking to appoint a Customer Service Executive to join their successful team.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service driven, and commercially aware individual who is looking to develop their career within the shipping & logistics industry.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with customers and clients regarding bookings, and for ensuring that the details of such are captured accurately and in a timely fashion.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This position would ideally suit candidates who have shipping, logistics or Freight industry experience, however Customer Service driven candidates, and recent Graduates who have a keen interest in working within the industry will also be considered. The successful candidate will be well educated and will have experience of working with Word and Excel</p>
