<p class="text-muted mb-3">I'm recruiting for an experienced Customs Manager to join a well-established international logistics business based in Dagenham.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a hands-on leadership role, managing a team of 4 and taking ownership of the full customs function across import and export movements.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Key Responsibilities</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Lead and support a team of 4 Customs Operators</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Oversee customs processes and compliance</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Complete customs entries and T forms for export trailers</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Arrange customs clearance for import trailers</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Manage VAT and duties</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Handle HMRC queries</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Mentor and train team members where needed</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What We're Looking For</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Minimum 5 years customs experience</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong knowledge of the full import/export customs process</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience dealing directly with HMRC</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous team leadership/supervisory experience</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience using Sequoia</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong communication and organisational skillsA great opportunity for an experienced customs professional looking to take ownership of a busy function within an established logistics operation.</p>
