ING Belgium is seeking a Product Area Lead Customer Acquisition to own the New-to-Bank strategy and drive new customer inflow across Minors & Gen Z, Starters, Expats, and referrals. You will shape the end-to-end acquisition agenda and collaborate with the Daily Banking & Brand teams to optimize digital journeys.
In this senior role, you will lead a multi-disciplinary squad, drive AI and data-driven marketing, manage budgets, and report progress to the Tribe Lead Growth.
