UX Designer

Mission Overview:

As part of the evolution of our client’s business applications, we are seeking a UX Designer to create simple, intuitive, and accessible user experiences. This position is a consultancy mission at a client site representing Keystone Solutions, where you will collaborate closely with business, product, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze user and business needs.
• Design user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct user testing and provide improvement recommendations.
• Contribute to the evolution of the Design System and UX standards.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and development teams in an Agile environment.
• Integrate the framework provided by management, enterprise architects, or business analysts into the design.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in UX Design for web or business applications.
• Mastery of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication, listening, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team.
• Ability to translate complex needs into simple, user-centered solutions.
• Experience in creating personas, user journeys, user flows, and prototypes.
• Experience in conducting user tests and writing reports.
• Knowledge of the public sector and employment is a plus.
