SET UP cerca un Customer Care Specialist per assistere i clienti nel reparto impianti di filtrazione. Il ruolo prevede gestione richieste, risposte telefoniche, assistenza tecnica e supporto tramite mail o chat.
Collaborerai con un team tecnico, monitorando tempi di risoluzione e contribuendo a definire procedure di assistenza. Offerta contrattuale a tempo determinato, orario full-time, in stretta collaborazione con il team interno.
