Senior Visual Merchandising Designer

As a Senior Visual Merchandising Designer in Milan, you will shape the brand’s luxury visuals across markets, collaborating with Global VM, Creative, Production, Retail and Market teams. You’ll craft innovative window and in-store concepts, oversee prototyping and production, and coordinate visual storytelling for events and store openings. Your work strengthens Zegna’s identity through consistent, high-quality executions. • Develop innovative design solutions for windows, in-store installations and pop-ups that enhance brand visibility and perception
• Support window display and pop-up development aligned with the Artistic Director’s brief and VM leadership
• Oversee prototyping and production to ensure faithful execution of the creative vision
• Plan and coordinate window installations and visual aspects of special events, store openings, and retail initiatives in collaboration with VM teams

• 5–8 years of experience in Visual Merchandising Design, preferably in luxury or fashion
• Strong creative sensibility and interest in visual arts, graphic communication, fashion and design
• Proficiency in Visual Merchandising techniques, in-store presentation, retail operations, visual guideline implementation, stakeholder management and training
• Excellent organizational, proactive, autonomous work style with strong communication and collaboration across global teams
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally as required
