Job Description & Overview
First Rail London (FRL) is a rail operator managing London Overground contracts and station access with TfL, Network Rail and others. The role focuses on commercial and regulatory advice, partnership building, and robust contract management to deliver value across FRL’s network.
The post holder leads negotiations, interfaces with Rail industry stakeholders, and supports rail reform programmes while coordinating with London Underground and TfL to improve customer outcomes.
