<p class="text-muted mb-3">Blue Arrow is currently recruiting Delivery Drivers on behalf of our client, DHL, based in Crawley.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">All candidates must go though vetting and compliance also we will process DBS.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Role Purpose</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">As the face of DHL, our Couriers play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery and collection of shipments for customers.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You will be responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience while delivering parcels safely, efficiently, and on time. This position is key to maintaining DHL's reputation for excellent service, professionalism, and reliability.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Deliver and collect shipments efficiently and within scheduled timeframes.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Provide exceptional customer service at every delivery and collection point.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Plan and organise delivery routes to meet customer</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">requirements and maximise efficiency.</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensure all parcels are handled safely and securely.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Complete all required delivery paperwork and electronic records accurately.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects promptly.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Follow all road safety regulations and company policies.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Represent DHL professionally and maintain a positive attitude when interacting with customers.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Requirements</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous multi-drop delivery driving experience is desirable but not essential.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong customer service and communication skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Good geographical knowledge of the local area.</p>
