Job Description & Overview
Alpha Financial Markets Consulting is seeking a Legal Counsel to join the Legal, Compliance and Risk team in Leeds. You will review, draft and negotiate SaaS, IT and professional services agreements, and provide clear business-facing legal advice.
Hybrid working typically 2–3 days in our Leeds office with some international exposure across UK, MENA and APAC; you will engage with multiple business units and ensure compliance with UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018 and other regulations.
