We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead governance, compliance, and quality across regulated services. This is a strategic leadership role focused on CQC compliance, inspections, audits, and continuous improvement – not day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Hold CQC registration and lead inspections and audits.
• Oversee governance, risk, and quality assurance frameworks.

• Act as CQC contact and advise on service development.

Requirements

• Registered Manager with Good/Outstanding CQC track record.
• Level 5 Leadership Diploma (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards, compliance, and audits.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic skills.
• Driving licence and ability to travel regionally.
