Pharmacy Assistant

Apricus Resourcing are working with a chemist in relation to a rolling 3-month contract post for a Pharmacy Assistant based in Bolton.

Within your role

you will be delivering dispensary operations and ensuring losses are minimal, you will also be ensuring accurate handling and dispensing on all medicines whilst complying with legal and professional

requirements.

Other duties include:

• Assist in the delivery of all pharmacy services where appropriate

• Ensuring all customers and patients receive safe and accurate advice on medicines – including OTC medication as required

• Delivering on all aspects of the Dispensing role including ordering medicines, labelling, dispensing, endorsing with appropriate claims

In order to be considered for this role you will need to have an NVQ L2 in Pharmacy Services and/or Dispending qualifications completed by a GPhC accredited route. You will also need experience of working in a community pharmacy.

• Boots UK

• Buttercups Training

• CIG Healthcare Partnership

• National Pharmacy Association (NPA)

• Scientia Skills

The role is based on a rolling locum basis and may result in extension or a permanent post, the role is full time & the hourly rate is £16.66/h umbrella / £14.00 PAYE.
