Logistics & Warehouse Compliance Specialist

Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in the GxP sector, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or pharmaceutical logistics, as well as a quick grasp of things. You recognize connections and are resilient and have good assertiveness, negotiation skills and a high level of teamwork.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Independent reading of transport temperature data from incoming goods and checking checklists for correct completion


• Checking of all incoming goods for the specified transport temperature


• Support of the Business Circles of Logistic Solutions in all GxP issues


• Take ownership or responsibility for handling variances and changes in Veeva


• Proactively participate in process optimizations and quality improvements

Must Haves:

• Completed vocational training or a completed bachelor's/master's degree, ideally in the field of the pharmaceutical industry or pharmaceutical logistics


• Ideally 3-5 years of professional experience in the GMP / GDP area


• Experience in GxP deviation and change management


• Experience in processing GxP documents


• Very good knowledge of German and English
