You would join an established team of ex-Architects working towards ensuring building regulation compliance across a variety of projects. Building Regulation Principal Designer

Following the Building Safety Act (2022) the Building Regulation Principal Designer (BR PD) role involves Design Coordination in relation to the Building Regulations. You will liaise with your team to utilise Design Compliance trackers and provide design advice relevant to this.

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of Project experience post ARB /ACIAT certification (required)

Member of a professional organisation: RIBA / ARB / MCIAT (preferred)

RIBA / CIAT Principal Designer HRB or Non-HRB status (preferred)What will you get in return?
