Job Description & Overview
HARRY HOPE recrute un médecin gériatre pour rejoindre l’équipe USLD à La Seyne-sur-Mer. Vous assurez l’évaluation clinique et le suivi des patients âgés, en collaboration avec l’équipe pluridisciplinaire.
Vous prenez en charge les polypathologies liées au grand âge, ajustez les traitements et assurez la surveillance de leur efficacité et tolérance. Vous participez à la coordination du parcours de soins et à la tenue du dossier médical, et échangez avec les familles lorsque cela est nécessaire.
