Metals Materials Preparer/Stores (Metals industry)

Reed Engineering & Manufacturing are working with leading Engineering & Manufacturing company

This job is a Raw Materials / Stores role in a safety-critical alloy manufacturing environment, where the main responsibility is:

Accurately managing, storing, and preparing raw materials for production

The role is highly focused on:

Received and checked incoming goods against delivery documentation

Weighed and prepared materials with high attention to detail and precision

Maintained high standards of housekeeping in line with health & safety

requirements

Worked independently for extended periods while meeting productivity and quality targets

Supported inventory control and material usage tracking If You Have Warehouse / Metals Experience or Stores ideally within a metals background would be advantageous although other industries will be considered.

Operated material handling equipment (FLT / cranes where applicable)

Coordinated incoming and outgoing deliveries efficiently

Contributed to continuous improvement and audit activitiesDAYS ONLY - ALSO INCLUDES A BONUS OF UP TO 15% WHICH EQUATES TO A BONUS OF UP TO £4,707 ON TOP OF THE BASIC SALARY
