Cumberland Council in Carlisle is seeking a Highway Operative to carry out minor highway construction, patching, reactive maintenance, and drainage works, plus grounds maintenance and support to Highway Team Leaders in inspecting and repairing the highway network. You will handle traffic management, emergency callouts, fencing repairs, installing traffic signs, and operate small plant and tools.
