Job Description & Overview
West Hill Primary School in London seeks a Family Support Worker and Inclusion Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEMH and SEND needs. The role blends direct pupil support with family engagement and pastoral work to promote emotional wellbeing and learning both in school and at home.
The post is 35 hours weekly, term time only (39 weeks), NJC for Local Government from Spring term 2027. Salary £26,904 per annum on Scale 1D, Spine Point 3.
