MC Engineering cerca un Service Manager per guidare la gestione dei servizi IT, coordinare incidenti critici, test di Business Continuity e Disaster Recovery, e fungere da punto di contatto tra delivery, operations, fornitori e business. Verrà collaudata la capacità di mantenere SLA, KPI e una comunicazione chiara con management e stakeholder.
La sede è ibrida con premianti responsabilità e opportunità di leadership tecnica, in un contesto dinamico nel settore ICT.
