Cover Supervisor

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors for schools in Westgate-on-Sea , with both short-term and long-term opportunities available.

Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or someone with experience working with young people looking for your next opportunity in education?

• Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher
• Delivering pre-set lesson work
• Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
• Supporting students with their learning
• Working across different subjects and year groups

• Experience working with children or young people is desirable
• Confident classroom and behaviour management
• Excellent communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
