Thurrock Council is seeking a Community Life Skills Practitioner to support children and young people with disabilities aged 6-18 across Thurrock. You will deliver life skills sessions in accessible, community-based settings and assist with activities that promote independence and social engagement.
The role involves flexible hours, including after-school, Saturdays and school holidays, with a commitment of about 3 hours weekly. DBS enhanced check is required.
