Job Description & Overview

EMEA Recruitment is proud to partner with a globally iconic manufacturing brand in its search for a Master Data Manager to bridge the gap between heavy daily operations and long‑term business transformation.

This dynamic, rapidly expanding, and unique business offers a master data professional the opportunity to take immediate operational ownership, while holding a clear mandate to evolve the role into process improvement and strategic transformation.

This role will suit an organized, process‑driven, and resilient candidate with strong stakeholder management skills and an operational mindset.

The main duties of the Production Master Data Manager:

  • Take complete ownership of the creation, maintenance, and quality of master data (Items, AP/AR, Vendors/Customers, and Price Groups for global distributors and retailers)
  • Ensure absolute alignment between physical production flows (factory level) and financial/accounting flows within the ERP
  • Act as the primary operational troubleshooter, managing daily system queries, data controls, and audit compliance
  • Collaborate closely with global supply chain and finance teams to optimize month‑end efficiency and build robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Support future global system implementations with occasional travel to the US and Asia

The skills, experience, and qualifications required for the Production Master Data Manager :

  • Proven, hands‑on master data management experience within a production or manufacturing environment (managing complex Bills of Materials, item cards, and routings is essential)
  • Extensive, practical experience working inside Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (or Dynamics NAV/Navision) is an absolute must
  • Ability to thrive in a high‑volume operational environment, comfortably troubleshooting daily system data issues while maintaining strict attention to detail

A forward‑thinking mindset with the desire and capability to scale the role into a transformation and process‑improvement leadership position
