AKD zoekt een Talent Acquisition Specialist om recruitment strategisch neer te zetten en direct impact te hebben op de groei van ons Benelux-kantoor. Je werkt binnen het People Acquisition & Growth-team met collega’s en campus recruiters, en beheert end-to-end wervingsprocessen terwijl je sterke talentpools bouwt.
Naast het adviseren van hiring managers en het verbeteren van de candidate experience, draag je bij aan arbeidsmarktcommunicatie, diversiteit en ontwikkeling.
