Ready to take our culinary scene to the next level? Clarion Hotel Copenhagen Airport is in search of a new experienced Executive Chef. We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead all parts of our culinary team.

At Clarion, you are expected to elevate the quality of life for both your guests and your colleagues. You achieve this by staying professional, optimistic, and attentive in everything you do.

What you’ll do:

Oversee all kitchen operations, including staff management, menu planning and ensuring that the kitchens runs efficiently. You will have the responsibility for 25 full time chefs including 6 sous chefs across the different kitchen departments.

Be responsible for the profitability of the Kitchen together with the Food & Beverage Manager through menu calculations, cost control, forecasting and efficient planning of staff according to business needs.

Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment where colleagues can learn and grow their skills.

You oversee food safety, work environment, waste sorting and maintaining our organic certificate according to danish regulations.

Developing new menus according to season together with the team.

You’ll shine here if you are:

• Experience from a similar managing role in a hotel or restaurant.
• Flexible and reliable, with a passion for creating great food and experiences.
• Turning challenges into opportunities, managing multiple tasks, and keeping high standards, even when things get tough.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Strong administrative and planning skills combined with a good understanding of KPI numbers.
