Job Description & Overview
La structure Civils de la Défense recrute un chargé de pilotage et contrôle interne au sein du BRHPC du SCA, pour assurer fiabilisation des données RH et production d’indicateurs de performance. Vous contribuerez à la cartographie des risques et à l’harmonisation des pratiques RH, en appui aux sections et au chef de cellule, avec une forte collaboration en réseau et une utilisation avancée d’Excel.
Vous travaillez en proximité avec les équipes transverses et assurez un soutien opérationnel
