Job Description & Overview
Babergh and Mid Suffolk District Councils is seeking a Healthy Homes Manager to lead the Damp and Mould service and ensure compliance with Awaab's Law across housing stock. The role develops the Housing Repairs and Maintenance function and ensures safe, healthy homes for residents.
The successful candidate will help manage investigations into damp, mould and other hazards, oversee repairs from diagnosis through completion, and collaborate with Housing, Compliance and Repairs teams to deliver
