Job Description & Overview
David Lloyd Harbour Club Milan is seeking an Activities Manager to lead and manage the operation of Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim and Families departments, delivering an exceptional member experience daily and acting as Duty Manager when required.
You will work a minimum of 4 weekend shifts per month, lead a high-performing team, monitor safety, cleanliness, KPI dashboards, and ensure brand standards across all club activities.
