<p class="text-muted mb-3">PROMAN are recruiting Despatch Operatives to join a leading manufacturer in Worcester.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Our client is a market leader in heating and hot water solutions and is looking for reliable, motivated people to join their busy Despatch Department on the PM shift.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a hands-on role involving the movement, checking, preparation and loading of customer orders ready for despatch. You will also use a range of Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including T20 pallet trucks and VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) Forklift Trucks, with training provided where required.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Pay Rates</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">£14.98 per hour for the first 12 weeks</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">£15.54 per hour after 12 weeks</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Overtime Monday to Saturday: x1.5</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Overtime Sunday: x2</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Weekly pay</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working Hours</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What You'll Be Doing</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working within the Despatch Department, you will help ensure customer orders leave site accurately, safely and on time.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Your duties will include:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Checking and preparing customer orders for despatch</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Verifying quantities against picking lists and despatch paperwork</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Inspecting products for damage before they are shipped</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Moving goods and materials throughout the despatch area</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Safely stacking and securing products ready for transportation</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Loading and unloading goods</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Operating MHE, including pallet trucks and VNA trucks, once trained and authorised</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Identifying and reporting damaged goods or stock discrepancies</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working closely with warehouse, logistics and production teams</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Keeping your working area clean, safe and organised</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Following all company health and safety procedures</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience within despatch, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, production or goods in/out would be advantageous, but isn't essential as training will be provided.</p>
